The mission of the Nevada Professional Coaches Association is two-fold:

to preserve and promote the integrity of coaching as a distinct profession with its own standards and ethics
to create a community of coaching professionals who support and assist each other

The NPCA accomplishes its mission through:

the professional growth, proficiency, and mastery of its member coaches
- networking with experienced and credentialed professional coaches
- participating in educational seminars, workshops and conference calls
- engaging in cooperative ventures with other coaches and organizations
the enhancement of the personal and professional lives of its members' clients because the coaches are
- creating a transformative partnership with every client
- nurturing client self-discovery coupled with clear goal setting
- eliciting strategies and solutions from clients on a sure path to success
public awareness of coaching as a legitimate and trustworthy profession
- engaging in visible strategies of business marketing
- connecting with people through publicity campaigns
- establishing and maintaining contact with the media
