A second 20 year career began after seminary training. As Senior Minister, Richard a congregation that grew from 40 members to over 500 congregants.

Darlene Poindexter is a certified Success Coach and has been coaching and training for over 14 years. Her background includes 3 years with ActionCOACH business coaching, and 11 years in retail operations management with Best Buy and Gap Inc. which taught her how to motivate and bring out the best in people.
